Vaughn Mathis is an 11 year old award winning dancer for Powerhouse Dance Studio in Utah. Starting at age 5, Vaughn fell in love with ballet. He is known to never stop moving, even in his sleep V is known to bust out the random dance move and rearranging his sheets!
Vaughn studies ballet, acro, jazz, hip hop and contemporary. At the moment, Vaughn enjoys ballet and contemporary styles the most. Check back though, because he is known to change his mind based on the choreography and songs he is dancing to.
Vaughn's favorite artists include Todrick Hall, Fransico Gella, Mikhail Baryshnikov and Hefa Tuita at the moment.
Vaughn has an ambition to keep training with as much time in the studio and on the floor that he can. He would like to dance professionally in the future. Vaughn would like to thank his Powerhouse Dance family for the continuous support, especially that of Taunia and Havana Wheeler. Without them, none of these dreams would be possible.
